I'm am all done with my palette knife painting. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out. Still life paintings are my favorites to work with and some of my favorites to view too. I enjoyed coming up with the perfect composition for this painting even though working with the yellow and golds were a challenge, it was fun though. Acrylic on 11 x 14 canvas. Here is my first painted birdhouse so far. I really LOVE it. I decided to paint a kind gnome in the front with a front door and a welcome sign, on one side it has a pie cooling in the window and a young gnome boy peeking out another window all cute like, the back has another window and lots more flowers and plants and the other side has more windows with potted plant and it also has a chimney.
